Billet Casting
Using a DC vertical cast unit, we cast 6" and 7" diameter billet - 18' long. Spectrometer-controlled analysis. Alloys produced: 6005, 6061, 6063 and 6463.

Thermal Barrier
Liquid Polyurethane is poured into the aluminum cavity. After hardening, the extrusion is debriged to provide a thermal barrier. These profiles are primarily used in the window and door industry.
