Plastics Group: Capacity to extrude 20 million pounds annually in flexible, rigid, dual duometer profiles. Also manufactures foam weatherstrip and high-quality components for the door and window market. Plastic extrusion plants located in Georgia and Oregon.

Distribution Group: Provides distribution, management and Just-In-Time services to a diversified customer base that utilizes aluminum and plastic extrusions, steel, copper, and stainless coil, sheet and plate products. Facilities located in Texas, Ohio, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Building Products Group: Manufactures and distributes storm doors and windows, screens (residential and commercial), and other building components to retail home improvement stores throughout the Southeast. Has expanded capabilities in custom and CNC fabrication of component parts for OEMs. Plant located in South Carolina.

Flooring Group: Formed by the acquisition of Bengard Manufacturing in Toronto, Canada and the addition of the Kinkead product line, the company has positioned itself as the leading supplier of residential and commercial transitional floor mouldings and related products in North America. Plants located in Canada and Missouri.
